By accessing or using Schedulr AI, operated by SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Schedulr AI provides AI-powered appointment scheduling and calendar management tools for service businesses, coaches, and consultants. Features include automated booking, reminders, rescheduling, and analytics. Service availability is provided on an "as-is" basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You authorize SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Schedulr AI to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit spam or malicious content, interfere with platform security, or misrepresent your identity. SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC reserves the right to terminate access for any prohibited use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Schedulr AI are the exclusive property of SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
